Refunds and Cancellat qion Policy

1. Service Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel services by providing a written notice to our team via email. Cancellation requests are subject to the following terms:

  • Before Project Initiation:
    A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made before any work has commenced.

  • After Project Initiation:
    If the project has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and resources utilized up to the cancellation date. Refunds will be calculated after deducting the applicable service fees and expenses.

  • Ongoing Services (e.g., Monthly Plans):
    For subscription-based or recurring services, cancellations must be made at least [X] days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.


2. Service Cancellation by Company

[SmartTec] reserves the right to cancel or refuse service in cases of:

  • Violation of our terms and conditions

  • Non-payment or delayed payments

  • Misuse of our services

  • Any unforeseen technical or operational challenges

In such cases, clients will be notified, and if eligible, a partial or full refund may be provided based on the situation and work completed.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If the service has been fully delivered

  • If the client fails to respond or delays the project timeline

  • For digital products or downloadable resources

  • For work completed based on the client’s approved scope and brief


4. Processing Refunds

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the approval date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.
